Passionate, dedicated to elevating your projects and events

Hello, I’m Tionge Angella Banda, a  multifaceted professional with a diverse skill set and a love for creativity and adventure. Here’s a little bit about me:

  • Musician: I play the guitar and percussion, bringing rhythm and melody to life through my music. My musical journey has enriched my creativity and ability to connect with audiences.

  • Performing Artist: As a dancer, I bring stories to life through movement. My choreography spans various styles and has been showcased at numerous weddings and events, leaving lasting impressions on all who watch.

  • Stage Manager: I have had the privilege of managing stages at prestigious events like the Lake of stars, Malawi Arts festival in 2024 as the lead stage manager. Coordinating all stages, stage design and site. Set it off a women empowerment event. GIZ gala dinner,Tumaini Festival, Sand Music Festival, Cape Maclear Carnival Festival, Lazarus Music Festival, Zomba City Festival, EU Day 2024, and Music Orchestra 2023. My role involves seamless coordination and technical oversight to ensure every event runs smoothly.

  • Digital Marketer: My expertise in web design, SEO, and social media management helps businesses enhance their online presence and engage with their audience effectively.

  • Community Advocate: My passion for community work drives me to make a positive impact. I was nominated for the Innovations for Justice Awards in 2023 for my work with the Gender and Justice Unit in partnership with Barefoot Lawyers-Uganda for a project I founded called Timtendere Foundation. Additionally, I have volunteered in a number of NGOs, using music as therapy at the Butterfly Foundation. I have also hosted dance workshops at the Theater Arts Festival and Cape Maclear Carnival Festival, promoting cultural exchange and artistic expression. I am also one of the participants for Grl Pwrd X, a platform for female creatives in the music industry in Malawi, which has allowed me to collaborate and support other women in the industry. I have taken Servant Leadership training by Development International Associates and was selected as a participant in the 2019 Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA). In 2022, I was selected for MOVE (Musicians Organisers Volunteer Exchange Program), spending seven months in Maputo, Mozambique. There, I created community projects and worked with young people in youth leadership, access to music and culture, and gender equality. Moreover, I am a former Norec participant and MOVE alumni.

  • Adventurer: I am an avid hiker and traveler, constantly seeking new experiences and inspiration from different cultures and landscapes.

I have had the pleasure of working with esteemed clients such as TNM, Jupiter Drawing Room, and Mzati House. Each project has been an opportunity to blend my skills and passions, creating unique and memorable experiences.
